Alex is a seasoned Senior Production Manager with over a decade of expertise in construction, equipment management and exterior restoration. His passion for construction began early — working alongside his father and grandfather at the family’s garden center and nursery, where he developed a strong work ethic and hands-on problem-solving skills.

A fluent Spanish speaker, Alex excels in fostering team collaboration and ensuring seamless project execution.

He enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife and son — from dog walks to afternoons at the park. He is also committed to giving back, volunteering monthly at a community clothing drive to help those in need.
