Was very satisfied with the professionalism and thoroughness of Jesse at Tonka Roofing. He was responsive and always willing to respond to the many questions that I had. And for the minor issue I had once the work was completed, Jesse was quickly on a fix/remediation.

We had our roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced after a hailstorm from last fall. Mike, Chris, and all others involved at Tonka Roofing have made the experience seamless from beginning to end. They were present when the insurance adjuster came out, and worked with us (and for us) to ensure everything that was damaged was included and accounted for, even if it meant a little extra legwork on their end. Top-notch service from a local family-owned company, thanks team!

Tonka Roofing is a great business to work with. Every step was pleasant, helpful and professional. They provided a large crew, so the entire roof from tear-off to finished was done in one day. They protected our landscaping and did an amazing clean up! Highly recommend!

I had a lot of questions and a few special requests and Casey, Alex and Jason are all great communicators and helped get things just how we wanted, including sourcing a less-used color (green is coming back, get on board everybody). This was our second roof/gutter combo with them and we were fully-satisfied both times. Highly recommend!

We had a leak through an attic vent. We contacted Tonka Roofing, and very quickly we had Alex out to check out our issue. I had hail damage from last fall and worked with Nolan at Tonka Roofing this spring to complete the repairs. From the start, I felt confident hiring them. My claim included a damaged window, new screens, roof, and gutters, and Nolan was my single point of contact throughout.

He managed everything seamlessly and made an unfortunate situation much easier than expected. He was responsive, kept me informed, helped me make decisions, and followed through on everything he said he would do.

What stood out most is how much I trust Tonka Roofing. They genuinely care about their customers and their community, which can be hard to find. Insurance claims can be a hassle, but Nolan made the process smooth and positive. I am very happy with the results and have no regrets.

Tonka Roofing did a great job on our roof. Thanks to Nolan (sales) and Alex (operations) and crew on the roof - well done. Our roof had some slope issues which were a little atypical - they handled it well. All the details were done right. They also managed the relationship with the insurance company very professionally. Very easy bunch of people to work with. One major concern was that the color of the shingles was not what we expected. This isn't their fault. We trusted the pictures in the shingle manugfacturer's literature. Its not quite right. I'd suggest asking to see actual shingles, or an existing roof with the same shingles before you select a final color. They just don't look quite like the pictures and the color clashes a bit with our siding. They do look good however, and we need to paint the siding anyways. My friend and one other neighbor both used Tonka Roofing, and they also were happy with them. I'd use them again.
