Shannon is the steady, kind-hearted presence that helps keep Tonka Roofing running smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in business ownership, education, and data management, she brings organization, warmth, and a deep sense of care to everything she does.

Before joining Tonka Roofing, she owned and operated a residential cleaning business and later worked in early childhood education, where her calm, thoughtful approach made a lasting impact on kids and families alike.

A graduate of Bemidji State University with a degree in Psychology, Shannon has a sharp mind for systems and a passion for helping others. She regularly volunteers with her sons at Feed My Starving Children and believes in giving back however she can.

Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking, biking, camping, crafting, or baking a picture-perfect loaf of sourdough. She’s a proud mom of two active boys and brings equal parts order and warmth to the busy rhythm at Tonka Roofing.
